Terms of Service
1. Beta service
karmitis' nimbus is currently in beta. Features may change or be removed, availability may fluctuate, and data may be lost. Do not rely on karmitis' nimbus as your sole system of record.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws. If you use karmitis' nimbus on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts & access
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Interfere with or degrade service availability or performance.
- Use karmitis' nimbus for spam, malware, or abusive behavior.
5. Developer responsibilities
If you build apps on karmitis' nimbus, you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, for providing accurate app metadata, and for notifying your users about how you use karmitis' nimbus services.
6. Data, backups, and files
karmitis' nimbus may store backups and files on your behalf when you or your apps opt-in. You retain ownership of your data. We may enforce quotas and retention limits.
7. Warranties & disclaimers
karmitis' nimbus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during beta.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, karmitis' nimbus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop usingkarmitis' nimbus at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post updates here and may require re-acceptance for continued use.
